Our Mission at H.E.R. Counseling & Wellness is to provide a collaborative approach with women on the path to wellness. H.E.R. seeks to offer comfort and security in a warm environment to  build a trusting relationship when starting the journey to self-fulfillment.

Charmaine Beasley, LPC-S, MSMFT

Charmaine is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is interested in partnering along side teens, adults, families, and couples to meet them where they are and process through life’s demands. She believes in working together as a team for healing and change. Her therapy is filled with humor, love, empathy, honesty, compassion, and unconditional positive regard for each client and their different situations through various treatment methods.

Charmaine specializes in anxiety, trauma, marital issues, postpartum depression, interpersonal relationships, boundary development, self-esteem issues, life goal planning, codependency, and connecting the mind and body practices. 


Charmaine currently offers LAC Supervision to Arkansas Licensed LACs

Media Contributions, Speaking, and Consultation

Charmaine loves to provide mental health consultations for businesses, non profit organizations, and other clinicians. She also provides media and social media contributions as well as speaking engagements on a variety of topics.

Nikia Johnson, LCSW

Nikia is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who enjoys working with teens, professionals/adults, and families. She understands how difficult it is to juggle a career, a side hustle, family, and social life. Nikia believes that therapy is a fulfilling experience and loves to guide individuals on their therapeutic journey. Her collaborative and genuine approach includes evidence based practices to assist individuals in reaching their life goals. It is her personal mission to help others improve their quality of life and help you become the best version of yourself.

Nikia specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, social problems, coping with chronic illnesses, goal setting, work related stress, family conflict, and adjusting to adulthood.
